REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Offering a smooth and hassle-free experience to you is our
top priority. Please read the information on this page for guidance and
instructions for your order.
1. We pack our products with a lot of care and
love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your
merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product
and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will
replace the same product immediately and there are no additional shipping
charges that you would need to pay.
2. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with
the product(s) you’ve received, we are happy to accept returns within 4 days of
order delivery and issue credit notes/replacements. Orders sent by air and
customised ones cannot be refunded or exchanged.
we understand that sometimes they do not fit in your home as
expected. For such instances, we do provide returns as a service for a fee
(return shipping). However, onward shipping charges are not
refundable. There are 2 ways of providing returns. If the customer is self
shipping, there will be no pickup charge. If the pickup is done
by our shipping provider, then the return fee will be deducted from
the paid amount. Please note that you will be required to print a label
and stick on the box so that our courier partner can scan it.
3. We urge you to please read the details of the products
before buying. COMPANY HAS A NO CASH REFUND POLICY - HOWEVER WE OFFER EXCHANGE
OR OFFER A CREDIT NOTE
CREDIT NOTES/GIFT CARDS are valid for life - you can use
them for fresh or sale items, there is no restriction on the use or time for
them - your money is safe with us..
4. We would require the returned items to have
their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be
returned with the product.
5. Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 4 hours of
placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and
will be treated as return if there is non acceptance. For COD orders, Decor
circle reserves the right to deny future orders.
6. Pre-paid orders cannot be cancelled once the order is
placed, you can put in the request for an exchange or credit note within 6
working hours before the order is shipped. In case of prepaid
orders, decor circle is not liable to refund the amount of the order
if the order is refused or returned at doorstep. Any re-delivery requests will
be chargeable additionally and will include two way shipping and re-packing
costs.
7. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to
maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as to keep our prices
fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to
understand and check with our customer team which products are eligible for
returns before purchasing. Eligible products can be returned within 4 days of
receipt/receiving of goods.
- Food
serving products, ceramics, cutlery and other products which are fragile
are not eligible for returns.
- Handicrafts
and natural materials with slight color and texture differences are not
considered defects and are not eligible for returns.
- Small
bubbles on ceramic/glass are not considered a defect
- Items
bought on sale are not eligible for returns
- Once a
piece is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again
- Our
website dimensions are generally very accurate. However, up to 5% or 3cm
variance (whichever is higher) from the stated dimensions is not
considered a defect
- Slight
variations in colour due to lighting will not be returned, please read the
colour mentioned in the description for more clarity
How do I know if an item is eligible for exchange?
We offer exchange or a credit note incase you change your
mind - please read the description carefully before purchasing, the company is
not liable to bear the cost of shipping for the same.
for eligible products, you must place a return
request within 4 days of receiving your order, so long as the returned products
are unused, unwashed, and have all their original packaging and tags intact.

However, there are certain exceptions to this policy wherein
we might not be able to process a return and exchange your product-
- Certain
products for which the product page explicitly states as “Final Sale” or
are under the collection of FINAL SALE are not eligible for return
- We
recommend you read the product-specific return policy on each product’s
page on our website.
- Any
returned item that is received in damaged condition, or with parts
missing, or is not in its original shape
- incase
you do not wish to pay for the return shipping for the product
- any
order shipped under express shipping is not eligible for return or
exchange

Do you offer reverse pickups? Are there any additional
charges for this service?
We offer a reverse-pickup service for many, but not all, pin
codes. In case you choose to arrange for a reverse pick-up, the
shipping charges shall be borne by the customer. During Covid restrictions
customer will have to courier the goods back to warehouse if pickup is not
available within 7 working days, you an check with our staff on whatsapp for
the same.
if your pin code is not serviceable, don’t worry. You can
still return the product(s) by shipping them to us at Plot No 1539, First
Floor, JLPL Industrial Estate, Sector 82, Mohali – Punjab 140308.
In such cases, restocking fees will not be charged.
What if I have received a damaged product?
We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you
safely and securely. However, in the rare event that you have received a
damaged or incorrect product, please submit a return request within
12 hours of the delivery of receiving your order. Once the exchange request is
approved, we will you provide replacement of the same product only with no
variations. Please mention your order number when you reach out to us at

What is the process to return a product?
- First,
we do not offer cash refunds please read the description properly before
buying.
- If
your location is eligible for a reverse pick-up, our courier
partner will provide you with a date and time for the pick-up.
Otherwise, please arrange for the product to be shipped to us at Plot
No 1539, First Floor, JLPL Industrial Estate, Sector 82, Mohali – Punjab
140308 within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Once
your return is received, our operations team will inspect each product and
approve the refund. Please allow 7-14 days for the processing of returns.
Incase the goods received back are damaged or broken, no credit or
exchange will be offered for the same.
- Once
the return is approved, then your refund will be processed in the
following manner:
- A
credit note will be issued to you on email which can be used at any given
time in the future in full capacity for fresh and sale items..
What about the refundable amount?
Please note that only the product cost (less restocking fee,
if applicable) will be refundable. Costs related to shipping, COD charges,
custom packaging, etc. will not be eligible for a refund.
How long will it take to process my return?
It usually takes 20-25 working days for you to receive a
replacement product or a refund.
We aim to process all disputes very amicably. This is
because we want the best for you home. In case there are any disputes which are
not resolved despite out best efforts, the jurisdiction for the disputes shall
be Punjab, India.
All returns are subject to the discretion of THE DECOR
CIRCLE, however we will do the best for you
