Rose-gold Roman numerals ring a deep black face, with a cluster of brass and steel cogs turning in the upper half and a pale, grainy stone-effect sub-dial below carrying the actual time.
The Design
Splitting the face in two is what makes this one work: the mechanism gets the top, the readable dial gets the bottom, and neither fights the other.
The sub-dial is finished in a speckled stone texture with faceted chrome batons, which picks up light quite differently from the warm rose gold around it.
